Senior Digital Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager you must be at the stage of your career were a becoming a Head of/ Project Director is not far of. You will be coming in to this agency to not only look after a fantastic account, but to also become pivotal in Project Management functions growth. You must have be able to look at things holistically and add value on a daily basis. You must have the weight and experience to deal with extremely senior stakeholders internally and on-site with clients.
- Responsibly for estimate creation and general budget control on a project, as well as initial and/or more detailed timing schedules (and ensuring adherence to deadlines accordingly). Driving a job through the agency at every stage of the process. Arranging and attending briefings, reviews, and pre-presentation meetings during all stages of creative development. Sourcing and managing 3rdparty production partners, as well as securing internal resource as necessary (adhering to the given deadlines on the project), and ensuring that the relevant internal approvals are gained before any work is presented to the client or final released. In the case of Manufacturing, Digital or Content Production briefs, working closely with the nominated production specialist for the project, ensuring they are supported and facilitated as necessary.Effectively planning resources and allocating accordingly.Set and manage realistic timings, budgets and logistics.Driving progression of creative development.Ensuring CD/ECD aware of all channels of work progression on relevant accounts at every key stage.Quality Control at every level, proactively avoiding deviations from the desired goal.
