PR Account Director, B2B tech agency
The Account Director will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Providing strategic direction to account team members to ensure programs satisfy client goals/expectations
- Implementing agency business plans and monitoring profitability on accounts
- Building and growing relationships with key clients and target media
- Supporting Managing Director with day-to-day management of business activities
- Leading selection and reviewing of staff, and training to ensure professional growth of junior staff members
- Writing and reviewing content for various accounts and training staff on content development
- Ensuring teams produce high-value, relevant publicity to support client programs
- Participating in business development efforts, including finding leads and developing proposals and programs
