With new client wins in the bag, pitches taking place and an already established client base it's a great time for a Senior Account Manager to get on board.

As Senior Account Manager you will be working on a large FMCG account and will be responsible for managing the day to day client relationship and delivery of digital projects.
The Senior Account Manager will work with closely with other teams in the agency such as strategy, UX and technology.

The main duties for the Senior Account Manager will be:
*Project manage and deliver end to end campaign and project performance.

*Monitor campaign and project performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to the Account Director and the client.

*Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships so that they trust and value your opinions.

*Liaise with clients regularly (responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, managing milestones and approvals).

*Identify and resolve issues before they arise.

*Give good strategic advice to clients based upon previous experience.

*Plan and lead presentations.

*Work collaboratively with other agency teams to ensure the best result for your client.


Essential skills required of the Senior Account Manager:


*Ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment.

*Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.

*Strong client management skills with the proven ability to add value to clients and to drive revenue from existing accounts.

*Strong problem solving/ troubleshooting skills.

*Experience of running projects of £50k + from start to finish
