Senior Consultant / Qualitative Research / London / up to c.£60k depending upon experience
Our client is a leading brand strategy and insight agency. They operate on a global scale, with offices around the world. They have experienced rapid growth and their UK team is sizeable. They handle a blue-chip client-list including major pharmaceutical, FMCG and telecommunications companies. They are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong Qualitative Research skills to help manage innovation and strategy projects and deliver value for a wide range of clients.
As well as managing the delivery of high-quality qualitative research and suggesting new methodologies and contributing to our client’s pitches, the successful candidate will play a significant part in helping both the strategic thinking and delivery of the overall projects for their clients. Therefore our client is looking for an individual with strong client-facing and project management skills, with a sound understanding of the business development aspects of the position.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have approximately five years’ experience at a consultant level – preferably for a boutique qualitative research agency or strategy consultancy
· Have experience moderating focus groups and running workshops, a knowledge of other methodologies (e.g. ethnography) would be ideal
· Have a strong academic background (including a 2:1 or above from a highly-rated university)
· Have research and consulting experience of a wide range of sectors and clients
