Key skills of the role:
- To take on and manage production of experiential, event and stunt specific elements to client campaigns
- Understand client objectives and continually evaluate account work to
ensure it is meeting these objectives - The ability to form relationships with clients and suppliers
- Strong negotiation skills, reporting, presentation and verbal
communication - The ability to delegate, prioritise and multitask while encouraging and motivating a junior team
Day to day duties will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Thought leadership on experiential/event/production proposal
- Idea development and production
- Preparing budgets and scoping costs for projects and pitches
- Management of content creation – including briefing, overseeing any
shoots and delivery to the highest standard - New business strategy and development on pitches
- Develop and broaden relationships with suppliers and encourage
others to do so and share contacts - Be the primary client contact on accounts and development of relationships where experiential, stunts and production is required
