Fundraising Campaign Development Manager
The ideal candidate will bring experience and enthusiasm to an ambitious and growing team. Professional skills, paired with a true passion for our cause are integral to succeeding within this role.
Save the Children has set out an exciting 10-year ambition to inspire dramatic change for children, and a clear 3-year strategic plan designed to position us to achieve this. The Fundraising Campaign Development Team was created 18 months ago to help realise our ambition to engage the nation. The team's aim is:
- To raise as much money and awareness as possible for Save the Children’s work by delivering a portfolio of participation moments for selected target audiences across the UK
- To maximise the retention and depth of support from those that take part
- Inspire a team of volunteers to deliver campaign objectives where appropriate
2012 has seen the launch of Christmas Jumper Day, The Ultimate Danceathon, and the “I Want To Be…” Challenge and these campaigns and more will grow within the portfolio over 2013.
