An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Digital Marketing Manager to join of the UK's leading financial institutions as they look to develop and continuously improve the service for their customers in the digital channel.

A senior position, this role will report into the Head of Digital and will have a Digital Marketing Exec. as a direct report. The overall purpose will be to develop and deploy the organisation's digital engagement & retention strategy, to ensure maximum customer attraction to the website and take up of its on-line services. A fundamental part to this role will be to ensure that digital campaigns are fully integrated into brand plans, tracking their effectiveness and recommending course changes as required.

This really is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier business, and they are consequently looking for only the very best talent in the market place. To be considered for this role, essential requirements include:

*Solid and successful experience in eCommerce, campaign management, SEO, PPC, eCRM and content management
*Have experience of managing complex and large Pay-Per-click accounts using Google or third party software interfaces
*Proven experience in briefing and effectively communicating with third party agencies
*Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing promotional channels
*Good exposure to social media
*Expertise in relevant B2C & B2B marketing tools and techniques, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing capabilities and syndication practices
*Proven expertise of integrated campaign delivery across multiple channels
*Strong expertise in working closely with third party organisations
*Detailed knowledge of ROI, performance metrics and evaluation strategies and practices
*Solid expertise in planning and delivering B2B and B2C eCRM programmes
*Excellent understanding of brand principles and their strategic and tactical application
*Solid expertise in and up to date knowledge of digital campaign management and product marketing techniques
*Excellent project management and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
