Web Analyst

Our client is one of the most trusted consumer finance institutions in the UK. They run a multi-channel operation with branches based nationwide as well as an award winning online proposition. The quest for brilliance in this area has created a need for a number of high-profile roles as they look to further enhance the effectiveness of the web channel.

You will be accountable for analysing web traffic and transactions across multiple portals using web analytics and site optimisation tools. You will also, liaise with project teams to define and implement appropriate analytics tracking and provide insight to measure success and optimise online processes and customer experience. The role will include staying abreast of latest developments in Web Analytics and the opportunities these present, continuing to drive the adoption of analytics within the organisation, promoting and implementing new analytics tools and methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities and support the optimisation of online transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a large e-commerce organisation, exploiting web analytics and optimisation tools such as Adobe Site Catalyst, Coremetrics or WebTrends to drive performance improvements. Naturally, you will be highly analytical with the ability to analyse and interpret both financial and web traffic data; extrapolating trends and identifying issues and potential improvements to the web site content, transaction processes and campaigns.

Salary: £35k - £42k plus up to 15% Bonus and Excellent Benefits
