Consumer Insight Manager
You will be expected to be an expert in continuous research, ensuring that continuous market research activities are implemented accurately and advance our business objectives. This includes managing agencies, ensuring monthly reports are delivered in an accurately and timely fashion and providing training to all areas of the business. You will be expected to develop better ways of working within your area using a collaborative approach and challenging the way things are done.
You should be the voice of the shopper and consumer providing insight to facilitate business decisions.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience with using continuous data to generate actionable insights in an FMCG business. Line management will be highly desirable, of course along with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships both internally and externally.
