A leading House Hold name is looking for a UX Designer to join its eCommerce Design Team. The purpose is to to deliver web optimisation through both qualitative and quantitative customer research, solution definition and web projects. To implement user governance standards. The Team are fantastic, lovely offices, the projects consist of multiplaform application design with high complexity. Role Objectives
*Provide insight into customer needs and trends to improve business performance
*Develop and implement customer testing approach and utilise findings to improve digital shopping experience
*Conduct user interviews, card sorts, surveys, and prototype testing to assess website usability and effectiveness.
*Organise and facilitate collaborative workshops to elicit requirements, brainstorm ideas, and refine designs.
*Design wireframes, covering navigation, functionality, page content and usability.
*Provide detailed specifications and prototypes for stakeholders and developers.
*Act as user experience governance for the execution of functional developments and merchandising changes across all digital interfaces, including implications for staff ordering interfaces
*Provide key research insight into development projects
*Perform testing as required.
*Manage high-turn over of business as usual content design while delivering multiple large-scale projects.
*Review all content to be placed on the site for brand, visual, and interaction consistency.
*Ensures compliance with any digital brand and/or strategy defined by the business.
*Carry out time and cost estimates for UX projects.
