Head of Brand (design)
This great agency in central London is looking for a Head of Brand to build it’s client’s brands across multiple touch points and take the visual output of the agency from good to great.
You’ll work alongside creative directors, with creative teams and oversee designers. Able to direct designers who work under you whether digital or traditional.
You will need to mentor the design department and help in the development of their design intern programme as well as being hands-on on some briefs.
You will also need to be able to oversee multiple clients at any one time and should have those famous problem solving design abilities to a degree where each design project is not seen in isolation. But rather, you will be able to look at the bigger picture, ‘building brilliant brands’.
Most importantly you are hungry and passionate about design.
Probably coming from a branding agency background you are looking for the opportunity to take your brand experience into a creative advertising agency.
You are probably a multi-disciplined creative but have an outstanding portfolio and know how ideas work.
You have strong creative conviction and are executionally obsessive. You get out of bed each morning for the creative opportunity. You see being a leader and an ‘inspirer’ as part and parcel of the working day.
You already have experience developing brands across different deliverables and are looking to take that further, into multiple channels.
Your previous experience is in leading a department and maintaining the correct process, as well as showing fabulous Mac based design skills.
