Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a qualified and experienced graphic designer able to develop innovative, original design concepts for the Trust’s website, campaigns and publications, and to promote the effective use of digital and social media.
The Trust produces a range of paper-based communications which require professional design, and you will also be actively involved in the redevelopment of the Trust’s intranet and internet sites, with responsibility for maintaining the finished products.
The role includes maximising the Trust’s use of social media and ensuring digital information is accessible to the Trust’s diverse community.
The Trust is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can ensure the organisation is always portrayed professionally and effectively promoting its brand. It needs someone with good ideas about how to improve communications with key stakeholders, working in conjunction with other members of the new marketing and communications team.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills as you will work with a broad range of people, including patients, staff and external providers.

The Trust provides community-based health services across Berkshire, helping to prevent physical and mental ill health, as well as looking after people when they are sick or recovering from illness. It has a wealth of information to communicate and needs your professional expertise to ensure we provide all the information our stakeholders require, in formats that meet their needs in responsive and innovative ways.
