This is a Top 10 integrated London agency, part of a famous and highly successful global network who are looking for a Client Services Director to drive the client relationship - a pivotal role in the agency. The role encompasses 2 specific areas of responsibility: develop marketing communications business from the agency's existing clients and to drive, mentor, support and manage the cross-business account group.

The Client Services Director will lead a group of new and existing accounts and work closely with senior management across the entire agency. This is a role that will need continual interaction with other account leads to ensure the agency are maximising the Marketing Communications opportunities that exist/do not yet exist within their broader client portfolio. The Client Services Director will be expected to work closely with senior clients, and develop integrated strategies that deliver against the client's business objectives and KPIs.

You will be confident when dealing with clients at all levels. You will be client service focused, and enjoy developing relationships based upon trust and performance, and will of course have a proven track record of client services/account handling from within a creative agency environment.
