Working with some of the UK’s leading companies our client provides a range of services that improves customer loyalty, marketing strategy and business performance by developing robust database marketing practice and deploying excellent data analysis.

It is now seeking an individual to be responsible for the management and development of the account management and consultancy teams to support the clients and their needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activity is executed and delivered to the highest professional standards, on schedule, to specification and on budget, managing the output and liaising extensively with the clients.

Specifically you will provide clear direction, measurable and achievable objectives to the Account Management team, support new business and play a key role in the overall development of the business.  You will be a commercially astute individual who has worked in an agency environment, with a proven record of delivering complex data led marketing programmes for major clients. Strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills are also key to this high profile role.
