Senior Marketing Manager
Amazing opportunity to join an entrepreneurial fresh and progressive financial services brand. As Senior Marketing Manager you will manage the marketing for up to 5 products and across the entire marketing mix as you see fit. A role suited to super bright, highly numerate marketer happy to get hands on when needed yet operates with intelligent thinking in order to develop bespoke product launches.
Our Ideal Candidate
You don’t have to come from a pure FS background; you could be from professional services such as Law or Accountancy. Either way advanced numeracy* skills are essential along with a 2:1 degree. Able to get under the skin of a new concept quickly and with experience across the entire marketing mix, you will be used to operating in facts and figures as this is how the senior team make decisions. With responsibility for a team you will have previous experience of leadership; this includes the day to day management of people as well as their performance and development. Confident yet humble, are key traits the ideal candidate will possess. This isn’t an ordinary asset management brand, those used to working with time aged fund managers will be out of place here as the team work collaboratively and without ego’s. (*In this instance your numeracy skills will be tested against appreciating number relationships and interpreting answers, and not just about doing calculations)
