Head of Business Development /CRO EMEA (Data/Tech)

London (Central), London (Greater) £80000 - £100000 per annum + £80-100k + bonus & equity

This is a fantastic position to work as the Chief Revenue Officer, Europe/Head of Business Development for this exciting mobile data/technology start-up currently in Series A funding. They have spent 1.5yrs building and developing their technology and are now winning some very impressive clients.



Their core product is making big waves in the industry and is seriously impressive! Through interest graph gamification, consumers enable themselves to receive more targeted and relevant content and advertising, and as a result, they are already seeing industry breaking engagement and response figures - which means that brands are incredibly excited about the technology as the data is 100% relevant!



As the Chief Revenue Officer, Europe/Head of Business Development, you will engage in senior level conversations with sizeable brands (FTSE 100), selling in a complex technology product, so you will need to have a natural sales ability and a consultative approach to understand and influence a digital strategy in corporate environments.



You will be responsible for:


Engaging at a senior level within FTSE 100 companies across EMEA to advise on strategy and devise strategic partnerships
Feeding into the wider company growth strategy
Accountable for revenue figures and team growth across Europe


You will understand complexities such as large scale loyalty programmes and the vast amounts of data these brands own, and how their technology can add significant value to their marketing online/mobile programmes. Perhaps you work in a consultancy company, advising on digital strategy, or for an organisation that run large scale loyalty programmes and are keen for a change?



There is also the opportunity for the right individual who can demonstrate the entrepreneurial desire and leadership qualities and gravitas, to take a seat at the table!



You will need to have:


Marketing Director/CMO level relationships with FTSE 100 companies across Europe
Proven experience selling into large subscription based companies
Experience of selling data/technology products to large brands
Ideally experience of working in a loyalty based organisation or from one of the top 4 consultancies, advising clients on digital strategy, and keen to continue to do so, and work in a commercial position.


After incredible initial success they are white labelling the solution and rolling it out to large subscription based and loyalty companies to name a few across the globe - with particular interest coming from retail (loyalty), technology, media and finance companies.



They have already secured several deals & need a data driven business development mastermind to continue to drive their product across Europe and beyond.
