A well known and established Membership organisation are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Executive to help grow their successful international events and training portfolio.
Ideal candidate
 Degree educated with at least 3-5 years experience in event organisation.
 Have experience working with volunteers and hold event organisation experience
 Will have a strong project management skills and a strong track record in delivering successful events.
 Ideally the candidate will also hold an interest and passion for science and technology.

Core Responsibilities would include:
 Soliciting and handling papers and presentations for events
 Managing and supporting technical committees and monitoring event budgets as well as conducting post event analysis to ensure the companies` events are ongoing.
 Working closely with marketing team as well as design and Pr teams.

The location of the role will be in the head office in Rugby but as it is an events organisation role it will require some domestic and international travel.
