Senior Marketing Manager - Global Business Solutions

We are seeking a strategically-focused, dynamic and commercially astute senior marketing professional to play a key role leveraging the full spectrum of brand, marketing and communications opportunities, to deliver outstanding, measurable results to drive the growth and development of the brand and business.

Results-driven and customer focused, as Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing an exceptional marketing function, devising and integrating marketing and communications strategy across the different business streams. Through brilliant and inspired multi-channel activities and the delivery of compelling messages to relevant, targeted audiences, you will brand profile, credibility and competitive advantage, showcasing the world class capabilities and expertise to support new business development objectives and sales targets, and growth across different vertical markets.

This is a challenging and diverse role offering a breadth of responsibility including marketing communications, brand development, PR, thought leadership, digital, CRM, networking and events. Operating at a senior level and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, you`ll have the credibility and confidence to effectively engage and influence, and you`ll be driven by results, return and accountability. Gravitas & enthusiasm essential.

Educated to degree level and ideally CIM qualified, to stand out from the crowd you`ll demonstrate proven success of developing and delivering effective integrated marketing solutions, a clear understanding of the sales process and pipeline, and the ability to lead and inspire operating at a senior level, ideally within a large, fast paced corporate organisation. With an adaptable, flexible and collaborative approach, you`ll have the perfect balance of commercial awareness and creative flair, along with excellent project management and communication skills. Exposure to the retail sector, from a B2B and/or B2C perspective, would be a bonus.
