This Media Agency has a fantastic opportunity for a Managing Partner to take the lead on driving their agency culture and their new business capabilities. Working alongside 3 other Managing partners as part of an elite team that inspires development across all corners of the agency. Your role will be focused on two core areas: Agency Culture and New Business. Main duties will include:
*Developing Agency Culture by delivering an inspiring and engaging agency environment
*Attracting and keeping the best talent
*Being pivotal in defining agency direction, resource and service development
*Starting, completing and continually reviewing projects across the agency
*Exemplifying the agency vision, goals and behaviour
*Taking a personal responsibility to make new business a core part of agency culture. Supporting new business and marketing in all areas (PR, Case studies, Award entries etc.)
*Delivering pitch leadership that wins.
*Acting as the senior resource on their core clients.
You will be constantly reaching for the next step up and be someone who has pushed for progression at a rapid rate. This agency loves 'go getters'. You will have a minimum of eight years experience working in a media agency and will need to be Business Director level or above. You will have a proven track record in driving new business (marketing through to running pitches) and be someone who understands the merits of a strong agency culture. Strong senior client leadership skills are crucial.
