Rare and challenging opportunity to use your strong analytical thinking skills and deep understanding of Retail Audit and Shopper/Consumer panel data in this challenging new European role with a powerhouse in the global FMCG market.  Reporting into a Consumer Insight Director, your challenge is to use continuous research data to support the growth and development of the business across key European markets, working closely with major research & data suppliers to ensure accurate, added-value and cost-effective data is available to all markets to drive strategic and tactical marketing, brand and business decisions.  This will include a) supporting analysis of key strategic questions, b) supporting the development of regional category visions and c) providing strategic market reviews, innovation trends and competitor intelligence, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where market insight & intelligence is a priority.

  Our Ideal Candidate   A combination of research understanding and commercial savvy is key for this role with a track-record of working with senior management on strategic marketing initiatives.  You will have a solid understanding of retail audit and consumer panel data either gained agency or client-side, possibly with some experience of using ad-hoc techniques too.  You will be an excellent relationship builder and negotiator – working with major agencies to ensure first class service at all times.  You will also use your skills to encourage greater and more consistent use of the data within the company and make training resources available, working with research teams and agency account teams across Europe.  In what is a busy and challenging environment, you will be able to handle multiple projects and requests for information and comfortable working in multicultural teams.   Company Profile
