£35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits
Fudges is an award winning family run business set in the picturesque North Dorset country side. The Marketing Manager is due to go on Maternity leave in June and as such we are recruiting a Marketing Manager on a one year fixed term contract.
It’s set to be a very exciting year for Fudges so this person needs to be extremely high calibre to take ownership of the marketing function. As Marketing Manager you’ll have set objectives to achieve the business goals such as increasing brand share of the Special Treat and Savoury Biscuit market, improve brand identity and increase positioning, devise and implement brand building framework, develop a communication plan, manage the marketing, PR and consumer research agencies and own the marketing/promotions calendar.
As part of the Senior Management Team you’ll need to have an in depth marketing background, you’ll be highly creative with a strategic approach. You’ll be an excellent influencer with strong decision making skills. The ideal Marketing Manager will come from an FMCG marketing background in preferably food and have experience of managing a budget. You’ll also have a proven track record in managing projects as well as leading a team.
