As a Head of Implementation and Testing you'll use the latest technologies available to implement vital change programmes that will keep us on top for years to come. That's going to involve establishing clear and customer-driven service, cost and risk metrics - and making sure that our partners are consistently meeting them. It's a chance to be a leader within a diverse, innovative team while helpingthe businessstay ahead of the pack.
You'll need extensive service delivery and operations experience and a track record of leading a testing team in the delivery of large scale change programmes. ITIL V3 and ISEB qualifications are essential, and you'll need to show us a detailed knowledge of testing methodologies and tools. Outstanding communication and relationship management skills are also vital.
