You’ll help us meet those needs, providing the expert analysis and recommendations that improve the user journey and drive sales along the way.


Joining this brand new, rejuvenated online team, you’ll help to drive traffic and boost sales on our website. It’s about improving the customer journey in order to convert visitors to buyers. So analysing facts and figures, you’ll gain an understanding of where our traffic comes from, who’s clicking on what and at what point people leave the site. From this insight you’ll identify what’s working and what isn’t – making recommendations to improve the user experience, simplify processes and provide more information where necessary. More than that, you’ll work closely with the Head of Online Commercial Performance and Planning to spot trends across the wider industry – determining what our competitors are offering, how their websites work and the number of sales they make. Suggesting ways to shape a more visually engaging, user friendly website, you’ll have a huge impact on important business decisions and our bottom line too.

Experienced in manipulating and analysing customer data, you’ll come from an online insight management role. And if you’ve successfully improved user experiences before, that’s all the better. Influential and impactful, you’ll be confident making recommendations at every level, challenging the way we do things when you need to. Obviously your interpretation, analysis and numerical skills will be first-class, and you’ll certainly have used Omniture before. But just as importantly, you’ll need the enthusiasm and drive to make this the top performing sales channel in the business.
