Act as the on-boarding Customer Success Manager, guiding clients through the installation of the Social Marketing Activation platform.
Be the point of contact for all client needs, which requires building up a Jedi-like knowledge of the technology platform
Coordinate and lead product training, with the goal of making the client self-sufficient
Build campaigns for clients during trial periods
Ensure that customers get the most value from their investment by providing ongoing best practice advice
Work with client to develop project management approach for initial deployment and campaign goals
Liaise closely with our Sales and Project Management teams
