DIRECTOR OF INSIGHT CONSULTING
A mid-sized analytics consultancy is offering an outstanding candidate with experience in leading a team of insight consultants to join their team in the capacity of a Director of Insight Consulting. THE ROLE
The Director of Insight Consulting will develop relationships with clients, both pitching for new business and growing existing business for the company. You will liaise with clients to fully understand their analytical requirements, as well as with internal analytical and research teams to ensure insight into customer behaviour and marketing performance is used effectively in the development of marketing strategy.
You will lead a team of insight consultants, utilising insight generated through analysis of customer data to develop and deliver impactful customer-centric marketing strategies that will improve clients' business performance and optimise all customer contact strategies.
You will liaise with clients to fully understand their analytical requirements, developing data-driven recommendations that will drive change within their businesses. You will work with analytical and research teams to ensure that analysis and insight produced is used accurately and effectively.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Director of Insight Consulting will have the following essential skills and experience:
- High quality degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent qualification
- Experience developing strategic recommendations based on insight generated through analysis of customer data
- Experience managing a team, ideally in a consulting environment
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in pitching for new business and growing existing business
- Experience within retail
THE BENEFITS
