The role will suit someone looking to step up from 'Senior Developer' into a more senior but less hands on role. Much of the work will be consultative during origination and scoping, working alongside UX, creative, design, producers and client teams to sense check and advise approach. Once defined the Tech Lead will work alongside/build relationships with the chosen technical partner to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.

Qualities & Experiences:
- 5+ years experience working within a digital and creative environment
- Experience running/leading the technical delivery at an established integrated or digital agency
- A strong understanding of appropriate code languages and approaches to building typical outputs (e.g. web, social, mobile)
- Experience of creating robust technical specifications, working alongside the digital producers to develop concise scopes/statements of works to guide idea feasibility
- Experience of working/building relationships with a range of external suppliers
- A proven track record of on time/on budget delivery
- Experience in authoring IA documentation: Wire Frames, User Test plans
- Experience of developing quick turnaround prototypes
- Confidence and experience in client facing situations to support and explain recommended approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience. Many people don't understand the technical process or requirements so the ability to 'translate' need and educate the agency teams will be important
- A passion for digital and a knowledge of internet technologies, web and web 2.0 design patterns

Skills required/knowledge of:
* Cross browser compliance including mobile devices
* W3C compliance
* DDA compliance
* Java Script
* Photoshop
* Knowledge of a version control system e.g. VSS, CVS or Subversion.
* Adaptive cross platform development

* Flash
* Server side technologies such as ASP.Net / PHP
* Basic database skills MS SQL Server and MySql

To degree level in an appropriate related degree eg. MSc Com Science.
