As Account Manager, you will have profit and loss responsibility for between three to five blue chip clients, and will be responsible for managing and delivering above client expectations. You will be responsible for managing client and agency relationships, ensuring the client gains maximum return for their online marketing, covering email, display, SEO, and website optimisation, liaising with clients, recommending ways to improve email campaign performance, and writing and presenting on a campaign or website’s success.
Ideally, you will be a graduate or equivalent with over three years’ experience, with a proven track record in either DM or online marketing, and the ability to demonstrate that you have added value to client relationships through effective strategic and tactical planning. You should have a passion for marketing, a strong desire to work for an online marketing focused company, and good understanding of online marketing. You will need to be organised, diligent, and confident, with excellent communication and analytical skills (including Excel) and good attention to detail. It is expected that you will be managing account executives, so experience of this would be advantageous. Confidence with large amounts of data is necessary, and above all you should demonstrate that you would be an exceptional employee.
