We are currently transforming our business. Our new Group Chief Executive Officer is leading a robust strategy that aims to deliver sustainable growth and substantially increase shareholder value.

Marketing will play a crucial role in our future, allowing us to understand the customer and innovate to meet their needs. As such we’re restructuring our UK and Ireland function to ensure that it’s fit for the challenges that lie ahead in our vibrant, fast-moving and highly competitive sector.

Responsible for our websites, we’ll want you to drive conversions by making sure these sites stay clear, relevant and compelling. The challenges will be many and varied, overseeing everything from content creation, functionality and site architecture to collaborating with our product teams to ensure the customer discovers both our latest deals and what makes our holidays special.

Dynamic and driven, you’ll have proven your credentials in a similar role already and will have managed the performance, and conversions, of a major B2C website. You are be equally adept at collaborating with web technologists as you are with marketing professionals and are comfortable managing people and budgets with real flair.
