Quantitative Research Manager, Ad Agency
Love brand and communications research but want to get closer to the creative decision making, planning and the clients? This role could be what you have been looking for.
Working for a fast growing advertising agency, you will be the focal point for all research at the agency working closely with the planning teams, creatives and clients. You will be responsible for managing research agencies and commissioning quant research as well as drawing insights from client's own research and data as well as using behavioral economics and ad tracking data.
This is a very proactive role which will see you play a major role on the agency's largest client account as well as feeding into smaller accounts and new pitches. You will work as an integral part of the planning team in a relaxed, friendly and engaging environment. The role offers lots of opportunity to flourish either on the research side or a long term move into planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research, most probably gained in a research agency with an emphasis on brand communications research. You will need to be confident and mature with very strong communication skills and a persuasive manner. A passion for advertising is a must.
