Membership Manager

Our client is a leading player in the Sports & Entertainment sector and have a global reach in terms of their engagement and attraction. They are undergoing an exciting period of expansion across the business and are looking to recruit a high calibre Membership Manager to join the team
The main focus and accountability of the role will be as follows -
To develop, grow and evolve a world class membership portfolio including:

1) Adult membership
2) Junior membership
3) International membership
4) Hospitality membership
5) Partner membership
* To own and develop all areas of membership (online/offline/experiential) aligned to departmental commercial objectives
* To develop new, membership products related to agreed segmented audiences
* To work closely with Partnerships team in leveraging JV opportunities with strategic partner brands
* To work cross-functionally in creating fresh, innovative and regular membership activation
* Execute against 'All roads lead to membership' strategy
Key tasks as follows -
Own memberships portfolio and all associated assets in driving revenue and fan engagement
* Grow revenue through membership development and portfolio diversification
* Ensure the brand is reflected appropriately across the membership portfolio
* Maximise value delivered by agencies and partner relationships
* Integrate membership portfolio across the brand ecosystem
* Develop membership analytical and measurement tools (continual optimisation)
* Ensure membership base is grown and targeted via CRM and eCRM channels
* Work closely with Data/Insights Manager and CRM Manager to constantly identify new opportunities and channels
* Collaborate with Sales & Service to manage the delivery and fulfilment of the Membership programme e.g. planning renewals well in advance of execution
Develop, build and grow eMail campaigns and eCRM strategies to grow fanbase, engage in new ways and drive commercial upside.

In order to be successful with your application, you will need to demonstrate a wealth of experience in Relationship Marketing including affinity, acquisition and partnership marketing. You will also need an understanding of CRM and be well versed in developing membership strategies to maximise incremental revenue opportunities.
