What you'll give our customers as a Senior Rewards Programme Manager
Leading a team that spans several functions, you'll drive the development of our reward strategy and offer more value for our customers - increasing their loyalty in the process. We'll also count on you to make sure customers are fully aware of everything our reward programme has to offer and lead the creation of a new commercial model that will drive profit through affiliates and improve customer retention.

What you'll need as a Senior Rewards Programme Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a track record of challenging the status quo, working strategically and leading virtual teams to deliver innovative, organisation-wide projects and initiatives. We'll be looking for someone with a detailed working knowledge of multiple business discipline - from Operations and Service, to Finance and HR. A detailed understanding of customer expectations and market practices is essential, as is an appreciation of key financial and commercial business models.
