The Role:
This Senior New Business Manager opportunity will sit directly below the Head of New Business and operate with strong levels of autonomy.
The role is situation among the Client Services team, working with Account Directors, driving new business from new and existing clients.
Another side of the role is to foster a New Business culture within the agency , sharing new business news within the industry, which requires someone with their finger on the pulse of what’s going on and a strong network. Analysing the success and failure of not only this agencies New Business/Pitches but that of rival agencies, tailoring a leading approach within the industry.
This agency is also in the process of expanding its Digital arm, so there will be elements of New Business within this remit, especially across Social Media.

The ideal Business Development Manager:
The agency is looking for a Senior New Business Manager who has a successful track record within another marketing agency. Someone with a black book of contacts would be highly desirable.
An understanding of BTL Integrated marketing would also be advantageous, as well as Digital industry experience.
