Key roles and responsibilities
* Control of brand planning from strategic positioning activation
* Responsible for development and roll out of brand comms through to packaging and POS
* Reporting to the CEO, to oversee business & brand strategy
* Management of 2 direct reports as well as external agencies
The ideal candidate will be:
* A brand marketer with FMCG understanding
* Keen to work in an entrepreneurial environment where you will be challenged and given a lot of autonomy to make things happen.
* Able to demonstrate experience in leading strategic and brand-led projects.
* Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and excellent academics
