Head of Social
The candidate will need to be;
*Passionate about social media and knows it inside and out with 4-5 years experience managing communities previously. That means spurring participation, managing multiple communities as well as monitoring behaviour promptly and accurately, moderating and escalating. This person will be able to hit the ground running.
*Know how to connect with people and what makes them tick - would have experience working with premium brands managing discerning audiences.
*Is a quick learner and can get under the skin of our audience quickly and become an expert in the focused object
*Is a creative and imaginative thinker, and can translate this into wonderful and engaging writing.
