A leading media agency is looking for an Account Director to join their team for one of their top clients. As Account Director you will deliver global integrated communication programmes that yield productive business results for clients, whilst improving the overall account profitability for the agency. This role requires an expert in integrated communications who is willing to rise to the challenge of a top FCMG account.

This media agency is always evolving to provide the best for clients` needs, staying relevant yet original. This agency is looking for a driven and personable Account Director to join the team and support the Managing Partner in delivering to clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop innovative strategy to drive clients` business
- Deliver increasingly profitable results for the client
- Manage the commercial agreements and negotiations - obtaining the maximum value for clients` budgets
- Oversee locally and centrally developed activity, ensuring compliance with strategies and approaches
- Identify new business opportunities
- Proactively up-sell agency services to suppliers and partners
- Mentor team members and foster career progression
