Our client are going through a period of rapid growth and investment specifically in the online arena and seek experienced Digital Sales Managers.
They seek a highly dynamic and proficient individual with proven sales skills in the online arena to lead the sales effort of the brand.
With this in mind they seek a highly dynamic and proficient Digital Account Manager with proven sales skills in the online arena. With a new CD on board and aggressive plans to drive further audience and growth across Online, Mobile and Tablet, it’s an exciting time to join! You will be hungry, self-motivated, positive and dynamic.
A solid Account Manager, with a good sense of humour, urgency and tenacity, you will thrive in this flat structured environment where your ideas, creative solutions and strategy plans are welcomed.
This is a role for somebody who wants a new challenge and who will thrive in a high pressure / highly accountable environment.
To summarise we are looking for somebody who can:
· Deliver sales targets consistently.
· Manage key accounts (London agencies) and demonstrate the acumen to grow business.
· Develop new business / Create innovative ways to secure new business.
· Deliver cross platform deals and demonstrate experience in this area.
· Have a strategic view of the digital & media market and be able to communicate and have a view on all current developments in this space.
· Work to the highest standards and have a sense of urgency in everything you do.
· Be accountable and adaptable to changing market conditions.
· Have an understanding & ideally be passionate about Arts & Culture.
Salary banding £40-£45k + 30% OTE
