*Build and manage strong relationships with creative agency, printers and other suppliers.
*Create marketing campaigns which are on time, within budget and fully trackable, in order to report on results on a weekly basis.
*Build test and learn strategies to optimise acquisition marketing.
*Ensure monthly targets are hit by understanding the target audience and communicating to them in the most relevant way through a continual test and learn approach.
*Support the partner in ongoing development of marketing messages to be used in marketing campaigns across various media lines.
*Working closely with the Marketing Effectiveness team, devise and publish regular performance MI for key stakeholders (internal and partner), to analyse performance with the partner and to help them improve the effectiveness of their marketing.
*Become a key point of contact for all internal stakeholders, responsible for ensuring all marketing objectives are in line with the wider business plans.
*Campaign management experience utilising direct marketing as a primary channel, ideally within financial services but definitely within a major consumer brand.
*An understanding of planning, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.
