Digital Ad Ops Director
About the job:
Heading up the ad ops team, your main tasks will be to deliver smart operational strategies, roll these out across Europe and build best practice around data usage for campaigns. You will also work closely with the technical team to shape new and existing proprietary and third party data partnerships - for use in campaigns for insights on campaign performance. As a senior member of the team, you will build and grow the team not only in the UK but also as the company expands across Europe.
Core knowledge of online ad servers
Proven experience in traffic management, campaign planning and execution
RTB and DSP knowledge regarded highly
Audience, behavioural and/or re-targeting knowledge a plus
Independent problem solver and strong analysis skills
Hands on, self motivated approach
Enthusiastic about internet advertising and start-ups, social and data
Advanced Excel skills
