Digital Performance Manager
*Lead the digital forecasting process for assigned products/ brands, capturing risks and opportunities to plan
*Responsible for ensuring our clients achieves its digital volumes and KPI's for assigned products/ brands
*Being the digital expert in key stakeholder trading meetings for assigned products/ brands.
*Represent digital on company wide change programmes, ensuring our requirements are represented and share impacts and implications for the digital channel with the digital team to ensure the required deliverables are fulfilled.
*Establishment and development of relationships with key internal stakeholders - marketing, finance and personal lines to ensure digital KPI's are underpinned and delivered with a delivery plan in place.
*Bring assigned brand/ products strategy to life within digital and ensure this is aligned to digital strategy.
*Well Developed understanding of the digital journey
*Good understanding of web analytics and online technologies
