Regional Marketing Manager, London/Hertfordshire
This is a regional role covering London and Hertfordshire, so you will need to be able to travel on a frequent basis.

>??To develop and implement an effective regional Marketing plan that supports business objectives and drives incremental sales locally/within the region

Areas of influence
As member of the regional team, the Regional Marketing Manager's areas of influence are at three levels:
*The business perspective- managing the implementation of national initiatives in the region
*The regional perspective- dealing with regional business issues
*Keeping things on track- supporting the region on staying within legal and policy guidelines
>??To work in partnership with the Director to prioritise, implement and manage marketing activities within the region, supporting the Director in ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have an active role:
oSecure commitment and endorsement across the region
oEnsure effective communication
oPrioritise resource allocation
>??Work with MDs to ensure that all marketing opportunities are resourced appropriately
>??To initiate, develop and co-ordinate sales driving marketing activity, which may include advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, data management and design, with involvement from the wider marketing team and agencies as required
