Location: City

A unique opportunity for a financial services marketer to join a global investment manager based in the City. Reporting to the Marketing Managing Director this is a highly visible role with future leadership responsibilities as the division grows.

You will work across a number of projects and business areas, and will involve development of the company's corporate strategy for marketing a number of products including Venture Capital Trusts, Enterprise Investment Schemes, Inheritance Tax solutions and discretionary management propositions.

Key Tasks:
Manage team of 10 people focused on branding and communications, including forecasting and management of 7-figure budget
Work with the senior management as part of team to define the firms brand identity, vision and values, mission statement
Ensure brand identity and design is reflected in all marketing activity, branding guidelines, tone of voice
Oversee production of all marketing communications including campaigns, newsletters investor updates
Develop and own approach to Online and digital presence including website, social media
Build and executive and advertising strategy, concept development and media planning
Oversee management of external agencies including print and production, mailing and media buying
Internal liaison with and the reporting to key stakeholders across the business

Ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
Confidence in presenting to varying size groups and level
Understanding of financial markets in a complex and highly regulated environment
Experience of managing high-level customers and stakeholders
An ambitious and driven approach to project ownership and delivery
Educated to a high level 2.1 & Redbrick University

The ideal candidate will have a proven marketing background with specific experience managing market relationships with key financial adviser networks.
You will have a full understanding of the marketing mix, including digital, knowledge of the IFA marketplace with an understanding of adviser motivations/needs.
