Hybrid Project/Account Manager for Independent Digital Agency
Our client is an independent digital agency that specialises in developing engaging content for exciting brands. Since 1999 this agency has turned their hand to a number of different projects ranging from magazines, video, TV, websites to social media and games. With a team consisting of writers, UX designers, copywriters, developers and project managers, they now feel it is time to add to the team with a solid and experienced hybrid account manager/project manager. The working environment at this agency is fast, fun and exciting. Previous experience working within a digital agency is essential in order to ensure you hit the ground running. Amongst other requirements your main responsibilities will be to manage two of the agencies prestigious accounts. For one of the accounts you will be responsible for managing the design and build of a new website. For this reason our client is keen to look at people with solid project management and client services experience. A good understanding of the design and build process as well as providing documentation for projects (project plans, budgets, SoW etc) is essential. The second will see the account/project manager hybrid manage a well respected UK charity client. You will be working on regular website updates, reviewing their UX and engaging users through incisive content strategy and social media practices. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in regards to social and a passion for the third sector will certainly place you in good stead. The start date for this position is immediate but this agency will consider notice periods of up to four weeks.
