Position: Client Partner - Central London
Currently recruiting on behalf of a Global digital agency based in Central London. This agency is through and through digital and work with some truly amazing and well-known brands we have all heard of. They are expanding massively and looking for Client Partners who can work with a team and help grow the business and essentially be responsible for shaping the strategic development of the company and Client Services vision
The responsibilities will include establishing and developing key account strategies, scheduling and allocating projects within client services and managing a team of Account Directors, Account Managers and Project Managers. This person will act as a key point of escalation for internal and external clients and report directly to the MD. Responsibilities are split into;
Responsible for agency income forecasting and monthly analysis to track against targets set as well as to develop the agency pipeline in order to manage internal resources required to meet targets. The ideal person will also own client financials and steer the budgets and investment resolving all issues with the client, client leads, board or FD
Client Service Team
To develop the client services team and identify potential training opportunities as well as motivating the team and being accountable for the work produced ensuring they meet the standards of excellence as well as being responsible for recruitment as and when.
Communicate internally the overall client vision and the marketing visions and developing relationships with extended teams as well as communicating with the MD regarding any internal/ external client issues. Responsibilities will also include assisting in selecting a pitch team and ensure good strategy, quality and co-ordination.
Lead and manage client relationships serving as the primary point of contact and point of escalation as well as working with clients and understanding their business needs which will benefit client objectives as well as managing their expectations and pushing back when necessary but ultimately responsibility for final decision on all client activity.
