KEY OBJECTIVE

The Account Manager will be selling TGI to new and traditional media as well as digital clients.  By servicing the existing TGI client base, you’ll ensure that clients get maximum value from the products and services to which they subscribe.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Using your knowledge of TGI, you’ll be able to produce sound arguments for clients to subscribe to TGI. 
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of TGI & other related services.
  • Assist in the marketing of TGI and related products
  • Training clients on how to best use the data
  • Responding to queries on all aspects of TGI. 
  • Conduct regular review meetings with existing clients

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Takes ownerships of issues relating to clients and follows through.
  • You’ll be able to establish trust, build relationships and seek to build long lasting relationships with clients and gains their loyalty.
  • Working with our data, you’ll be able to convert the numbers into a story and sell the benefits of TGI to clients. 
  • Understands the commercial pressures of a sales team.
  • Have excellent presentation skills and be able to prioritise and manage lots of different tasks.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • You should be commercially aware and have sales experience
  • You should be highly numerate and be able to learn quickly to develop your knowledge of TGI, what our products are and how we deliver them to clients.
  • Market research, market or strategy consulting or client side experience is also highly beneficial.
