Partnership Manager - 7 month contract role / possibly perm, £50k + commission

We're looking for a Partnership Manager who has very strong new business experience, and someone who is comfortable bringing in new partners for large scale events. 

Event experience is not essential for this role, but we want someone who is confident, has the gravitas to speak to a range of clients, media buying agencies and creative agencies to sell in partnership opportunities for a range of high profile events.

This agency will be responsible for securing the partners for these high profile, large scale outdoor music events. They have been appointed to secure a range of brands and they're looking to bring on a Partnership Manager who can take the lead across these projects.

The events are 2 large scale music events in Leeds, and the other is a series of 6 events at a beautiful national trust space in London. The events take place in July and August and the agency will be looking to secure brands partners in the coming months. 

We are looking for an Outstanding Partnership Manager to be a part of an established, professional and energetic team. 

It's a great opportunity for a Partnership Manager to work with one of the UK's leading events agencies on 3 well-known brands with an expected combined audience of 120k. 

The Partnership Manager's main objective would be to source, pitch and win new business in addition to managing and growing existing relationships, and securing partners. 

The successful candidate will have an eagerness to learn, and we're looking for a Partnership Manager with a proven sponsorship sales track record, and  the ambition to exceed targets.

We're looking for a Partnership Manager who can build excellent relationships with the sponsors of the events, the partners and the wider event team. 

The Partnership Manager will keep abreast of market developments and identify and research mew growth areas of sponsorship sales. 

The Partnership Manager will be comfortable producing sponsorship plans and reports, and you'll be a fantastic presenter. 

We're looking for a Partnership Manager who can work independently and as part of a team. 

You'll be able to work calmly under pressure, and we're looking for a Partnership Manager who takes pride in their work. 

It's a really great role, and they're looking for a Partnership Manager to start immediately. 

You are likely to come from a partnership, sponsorship, sales or new business background and you'll have an interest in brands and events. 

The role will last until the 30th September 2013, but there is scope for the role to go permanent.
