Key activities are as follows:
Help assist relevant marketers with the effective implementation of national, regional and local activities, working with specialist colleagues from within marketing as well as the senior and unit level members of the Operations team.
Assimilate and become knowledgeable on all aspects of this market place, including detailed knowledge on the services offered, the financial value of each, the performance of individual units, plus competitor information.
Ensure the evaluation of all marketing activity to help assess its effectiveness and identify where possible the ROI, through the analysis of appropriate data.
Assist business development (sales) and operational staff with their local activities and initiatives, including any tactical events, given appropriate marketing advice and support as required.
Provide regular marketing reports and updates, and attend meetings as required.
Any other duties required by senior management, specifically within the context of an evolving department and dynamic growing organisation, hence the requirement for flexibility and potentially adjusting the focus of this role to, for example, encompass other service streams marketing.
