Head of Sales & Marketing – EMEA Region

London (East), London (Greater) £60000 - £80000 per annum + Uncapped OTE

Harkess-Ord is a world leading 3D agency, specialising in Global Brand Implementation.  With five offices around the globe, we have specified and managed the brand roll-out of many of the world’s largest and respected blue chip companies.  We are seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our EMEA Business Development team, taking the lead in the strategic pursuit, development and securing of identified new business opportunities in the Corporate and Retail Branding market place.  

This role is pivotal in driving the strategic messaging of our unique offer, working closely with our Sales and Business Development Teams across the Group, you must be able to articulate and prepare insightful presentations and proposals of the highest quality.

The successful candidate will have the ability to understand market developments, identify and analyse new business opportunities, develop tactical strategies and be responsible for the preparation of tailored and commercial Client offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the EMEA General Manager, you will conduct in depth research to strategically develop target markets and identify current and long-term new business opportunities.
  • Working with the Sales, Client Service and Project Delivery Teams, you will clarify specific Client requirements, develop strategic opportunities, prepare business-winning proposals for the EMEA Region and play a key role in the sales closing process.

About you:

An energetic and driven Sales and Marketing Professional with at least 8-10 years post graduate experience in sales and strategic business development.  You should have an impressive track record in a similar role of initiating, developing and winning new business with large, multi-national corporate clients.

An ability to speak at least two European languages other than English is essential.  Knowledge or previous work with Clients in the fields of Branding, Design, or Architecture would be an advantage.

You are highly skilled in establishing client needs and building customer relationships.  Commercially astute and persuasive, you have the credibility to deal with clients across different industries and at all levels.  You are a first-class communicator, able to lead or integrate with a dedicated Pitch Team and have proven success in presenting and winning new business at senior level within Client organisations.
