We are looking to recruit an exceptional Business Development Manager for this leading national Professional Services firm. The firm is looking for an experienced and creative BD and Marketing Manager to assist in further establishing the firms brand in the London market.

Key responsibilities:
Working with the Partner and Head of London Office and assisted by his PA and other BD colleagues to continue developing and implementing the strategy for promoting the firm in the London legal and business market place.
*High level liaison with and management of the firm's relationships with key London business organisations
*Liaison with, managing, reviewing and maximising the potential of the firm's relationships with Arts and Sports organisations in London linking these sponsorships to PR activities, Corporate Responsibility activities and client entertainment opportunities.
*Liaison with Group heads, Sector heads and London group and sector representatives together with partners and external consultants in relation to profile raising opportunities for the London office
*Liaising with the firm's in house and external PR teams to maximise the potential to promote the firm's activities, successes in London and to promote the firms London capabilities and presence in line with the firm's overall PR strategy and message
*Exploring and identifying new opportunities for the firm to promote its London presence including regular reviews of existing sponsorship arrangements and considerations of alternative sponsorship opportunities, development of new relationships with London organisations
*Assisting in organising and hosting events to promote the firm's London presence
*Drafting, negotiating and managing the London BD budget including monitoring expenditure against budget and approving expenses allocated to the budget.
*Working with the Head of London Office to develop a rolling London office Marketing Plan and Implementation Plan.
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience in building relationships with key City and industry organisations
*Knowledge of the City marketplace
*Experience in supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives including budget planning and monitoring, development and implementation of marketing plans, planning of hospitality events and seminars, management of sponsorship packages, collation of marketing intelligence, and PR.
*Experience in a professional services environment.
