Responsibilities

Your main focus will be to drive leading edge approaches, proposition development and internal competency so that our client becomes renowned for its innovative offering. This is a senior role with the expectation of major impact on the business. The successful applicant will have opportunities to progress further in the leadership of their proposition and team as they continue to grow.

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Significant experience working in a pharmaceutical marketing environment – client or agency side
  • Technically sound with thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical products and companies
  • Proficient in research approaches and ability to deliver outstanding quality of work
  • Experience working on a global basis: Europe, USA, Japan, Emerging Markets
  • Approximately  10 years+  brand or marketing strategy consultancy
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of business and brand strategy and product/service innovation
  • Ability to understand brand and marketing issues from both a strategic and commercial perspective
  • A track record of senior client and account management, creating new business opportunities and investing time to nurture & grow relationships
  • A natural networker that understands the commercial aspects of senior industry roles
  • A proven team player, driven by delivering results through collaboration rather than alone
  • A natural passion for brands and consumer behaviour
