ANALYTICS AND CRM MANAGER

This globally-recognised brand name are offering the opportunity for an Analytics Manager looking to take the next step in their career to secure a challenging and rewarding role leading a small team of senior SAS analysts.

THE COMPANY

This well-known brand name are leaders in their field, and are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate to lead a team of marketing analysts and drive their CRM strategy.

THE ROLE

The Analytics and CRM Manager will have the opportunity to work with and lead a small team of analysts in order to optimise targeting for all customer contact strategies and improve customer retention and acquisition. Your analysis and the recommendations you deliver to senior stakeholders will drive business strategy, increasing ROI and improving overall business performance.

With a combination of both team management and hands-on analysis, you will have the opportunity to not only generate actionable insight into the customer base through advanced analysis, but also to derive and deliver compelling strategic recommendations that will drive business decisions.

It is essential that you are confident using SAS for advanced statistical analysis, and are comfortable coding and querying data. The team cover a broad range of marketing analysis, and regularly use techniques such as segmentation, customer profiling and data modelling, so the successful candidate must have knowledge of these advanced techniques.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High quality degree (2:1 or above), ideally in a numerate field
  • Experience using SAS to conduct advanced analysis of large customer datasets
  • Use of analytical techniques such as segmentations, statistical modelling, regression analysis, etc.
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
